Sacroiliitis is considered as the most important sign of spondyloarthropathy. Rheumatoid arthritis mainly affects peripheral joints and the involvement of sacroiliac joint is very rare. The present case study discusses the rare existence of RA and concurrent chronic bilateral sacroiliitis.References
